Chilli Lover's cool - World Fun Guide - to Chilli*

Why are chilli so hot & who needs it anyway?
This section will be dealing with the top spice of the world: the chili or chilli whatever! Also a few words about Chilli Lover - the creator of this World Fun Guide or should we rather name it World Fuck Guide(WFG)???
In addition the best of global food & drinks in my oppinion will be listed...

Who is this guy having fun worldwide & why does he wants the rest of us to do it too???
World travel has been practised for decades, but I haven't been out there for much more than one due to my relative young age... Anyways one of the things I discovered real soon was that once I developed a taste & craving for the hot chillies I couldn't live without them! Not too long after that I learned that the exotic girls I've met while travelling got me hooked on meeting more & at the same time made the western girls at home(Europe) seem boring, fat(often) & a tad conservative... How it all started was the first trip to Asia in 1997 visiting Indonesia, Singapore, HongKong & Tokyo. Up till now most of Europe incl. Russia, Marocco & Turkey, Canada, USA, Mexico, South-East-Asia, China & India has been visited at least once...

So recently I felt like sharing some of my travel experiences & knowledge by use of WFG. Hell I might even get some fun, cash or feedback out of it as well ;-)

Initially I'll post here some info on chilli as well as some recipes:

Europe does have a bit of food culture as well & the highlights include:
*Gauda & Edam cheese(dutch)
*St.Emilion red wine, bordeoux, france. spain/portugal/italy also do great wines!
*danish pastries
*french bread(flute/baguette)
*italian pizza & pasta's
*italian expresso's
*port(special brandy from portugal)
*champagne(champagne, france)
*irish whiskey(or coffee!)
*belgian blonde beers(e.g. leffe)
*german/austrian wheat beers
*czeck beers(e.g. budvar)
*tapas(small complimentary snack served with your beer/drink order) in trad. spanish bars)
*orangina(only orange softdrink in the world that taste good. made in france)

The rest of the world obviously has great food & drinks too:
*thumbs up, india - worlds greatest spicy/tasty cola!
*lamb curry(madras,jalfrezo,korma,tikka,etc) with naan bread, india - just yummi!
*enchilados, mexico - gotta love them!
*tequila, mexico - cheers!
*havanna rum, cuba - the one & only!
*nasi rendang, indonesia - softest beef in the world!
*kangaroo/crocodille, OZ - tastier than chicken!
*beer lao, laos - enjoyed by the great mekong is unbeatable!
