Chilli Lover's cool - World Fun Guide - to Telecom

Why can't we just talk to each other like old times & who even needs a mobile anyway?

This section will be focusing about wireless communication like mobiles, WAP, PDA, GSM, roaming, technology etc...

Connecting people!

Hey, when did your life last depend on your hand phone? no never right! so why bring it when going on holiday??? well lots of benefits really, but also a few things need to be sorted out before leaving home...

A dedicated wireless optimized WFG wapsite exists feat. some hot listings for nightlife etc. useful for on the go lookup. It's meant as a  supplement to this web version & should be accessable on most wireless devices ranging from WAP 1.0(WML) to WAP 2.0(HTML/XHTML) or equalent!

Additionally Google has an efficient html -> wml converter which means that many ordinary web sites(excluding e.g. java ones) can often be shown nicely in most WAP(WML) phones, while various pocket pc's(PDA's), palm, newer (x)html enabled mobile phones like e.g. Nokia3650 etc. can browse this web directly, while perhaps not neatly!
For pure wap/wml browsers just point your mobile browser to google.com & either search for "chilli lover", "worldfuckguide", "worldfunguide" etc. or go directly to URL: chilli.does.it whatever!

Worth a try also is the AsiaBYNight WAP guide on the web or on your mobile/PDA to get a feel about how powerful the internet in your hand(phone) actually is(or not?) & use it as your guide on the fly!

To call the world for free there's a promising service out called Skype. A P2P internet phone & IM, which unlike most of the rest in that ballgame have great quality & remains free for the time being. Not really truly wireless though unless you got a MS pocket PC or a laptop with WLAN!

Now bringing your hand phone abroad could still turn out very costly these days, but check costs & roaming(using your mobile outside your home network in your country) possibilities with your home operator. Additional info below:
